Am I the only one who thinks 12.79% ain’t a great rate?

Has the credit bubble really got so bad that 12.79% is considered a “great rate” ?
The National Australia Bank uses rainbows, blue water, blue sky - the image of a perfect life - to hypnotise us that 12.79% is a good deal.
It’s not.
